The Colorado Springs Symphonic Guild is an independent, viable organization whose grant giving is dependent upon our fundraising throughout the year and, therefore, can vary from year-to-year.
We support music in the Pikes Peak region through a grant system to schools and nonprofit organizations. Below is a description of past giving.
Imagine the excitement when a fourth grader puts his chin on an "adopted" viola. Visualize attending a concert of the talented Pikes Peak Flute Choir or the magnificent voices of the Colorado Springs Choral Society or the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale. Perhaps you attended the Valentine's Day concert of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic or a performance by the award winning Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association. You might have experienced beautiful music by the Chamber Orchestra in an intimate setting or listened to a first practice session with a new string bass at the Da Vinci Academy. These are the groups that we helped to make music in the Pikes Peak Region in the past and we are so proud of them!
